November 07, Solukhumbu: The Center for Crisis and Support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (France Diplomatie) has sent a team to search for three missing french alpinists Gabriel Miloche, Louis Pachoud, and Thomas Arfi in the Everest region.
A team of 14 Frenchmen has been deployed to search for three French nationals who have been missing in Everest region according to Solukhumbu Police.
According to Inspector of Police Rishi Raj Dhakal, a specially trained French team with doctors and necessary resources arrived in Khumbu by helicopter from Kathmandu today. He said that the search will be active from tomorrow as the weather has become inclement today.
According to the District Police Office, Solukhumbu, three french citizens who went climbing Mount Khangte have gone missing due to an avalanche.
