August 11: Different Climbers successfully scaled Gasherbrum I in Pakistan this morning.
Norwegian climber Kristin Harila along with her climbing guides Pasdawa Sherpa and Dawa Ongju Sherpa, scaled Gasherbrum I (8080m) they reached the GI summit at 7:15 am local Pakistan time. This is their 11th 8000er in four months. She aims to break the record  set by Nirmal Purja aka Nimsdai by climbing all the 14 8000er in six months.
Taiwanese woman climber Grace Tseng (Tseng Ko-Erh), along with her climbing guides Nima Gyalzen Sherpa and Ningma Dorje Tamang scaled Gasherbrum I (8080m) they reached the GI summit at 9 am local Pakistan time. she now has climbed 4 8000er back to back without O2 in 22 days, G1 and G2 within 4 days without O2, and all 5 Pakistani 8000m mountains within 42 days. Grace Tseng and Nima Gyalzen Sherpa climbed without using O2.
Nima Gyalzen Sherpa completed all 14 peaks above 8,000m after climbing Gasherbrum I in Pakistan this morning. He has now become the sixth Nepali climber to complete all 14 peaks above 8,000m.
Other climbers are also on the way to summit Sanu Sherpa, guiding Naoko Watanabe of Japan, and a separate team of six Pakistani climbers, all reached Camp 3 yesterday.
