Langtang Trek in Nepal Itinerary
- Day1: Arrival
After you Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport you can exchange your currency for Nepalese Currency and Get a sim card. You can find a taxi at the airport which takes you to your hotel.
- Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi
Early in the morning, you can catch a bus from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi. It’s a 122 Km drive from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi but due to off-road riding, it takes 7 to 9 hours to reach Syabrubesi.
- Day 3: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel
Today the trek begins following the trail crossing Bhotekoshi passing through the forest encountering some animals we reach Lama Hotel.
- Day 4: Trek from LAMA Hotel to Mundu
After staying a night at Lama Hotel early in the morning we head towards Mundu. Today you will be offered amazing views of mountains on both sides of the Valley where Yaks Graze.
- Day 5: Trek from Mundu to Kyanging Gompa
Climbing through Yaks Grazing lands with an amazing view of Mountains you reach Kyanjin gompa you can explore the village. There are monasteries and cheese factories in this village you can explore them.
- Day 6: Acclimilate and explore kyanjin or climb Kyanjin Ri
This day you can explore and acclimate at Kyanjin Village or Climb Kyanjin Ri where you can get panoramic views of Langtang ranges, icefalls, and Glaciers.
- Day 7: Trek from Kyanjin to Lama Hotel
Descending the same route you trek towards Lama Hotel.
- Day 8: Trek From lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
Today is the last trekking day following the trail back to Syabrubesi, the destination for the day.
- Day 9: Drive from SyabruBesi to Kathmandu
This is the last of the entire trek you can get a vehicle at syabrubesi and back to Kathmandu.

If u take a normal Himalayan bus it costs USD 5 to 6 for one way to Syabrubesi while returning it costs USD 10 to 13. Taking Private jeeps will cost more.
In the off-season Hotels do not charge you for a room They charge only for food. If you are trekking solo in the season they charge you USD 1 to 2.
The food charge is a bit high because they carry food by Donkeys or porters. The food cost depends upon what you order.

Langtang National Park
Langtang National Park lies in Nuwakot, Rasuwa, and Sindhupalchowk District of Nepal. It is the nearest National Park to the Capital city of Nepal Kathmandu. It was established in 1976. The total area of Langtang national park is 1710 Sq. Km. In 1998 420 Sq.Km. of the Langtang National park was declared as a Buffer Zone.
Langtang Lirung (7,243 m) and Himalchuli (7,864) peaks have added more beauty to this national park. The rivers flowing out of the national park flow west to Trishuli and east to Sunkoshi.Dense Rhododendron forest is also found in this National Park.
Wild animals like Leopard, red panda, musk deer, mountain beer, Thar, Squirrel, Red monkey are the major wild animals found in Langtang National Park.
