Itinerary for Mardi Himal Trek Nepal
Day 1: Arrival
After arriving at Airport you can exchange your currency to Nepalese currency and get a SIM card. You can find a taxi at the airport and go to the hotel.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (850m) Duration: 6 to 7 Hrs.
Early in the morning you can find a Tourist bus from Nayabazar Kathmandu Tourist Buspark.The distance between kathmandu to pokhara is 200.7 Km it takes 6 to 7 hrs to reach pokhara tourist bus park from kathmandu tourist bus park
Day 3: Drive from Pokhara Phedi and trek to Dhampus (1,600m) Duration 5 to 6 Hrs.
With a beautiful morning at pokhara you drive towards phedi it takes 2 hours to reach phedi from pokhara the trek begins at phedi following the trail you reach Dhampus
Day 4: Trek from Dhampus to Forest Camp (2480m) Duration 5 to 6 Hrs.
Following the trail passing through mountain oak,maple,rhododendron,paper plant forest by encountering some animals we reach Forest Camp.
Day 5: Trek from Forest Camp to Mardi Himal Low Camp (3150m) Duration 3 to 4 Hrs.
Following the trail passing through forest towards the mountains like Mardi Himal,Fishtail,and massif annapurna ranges you reach Mardi Himal low camp.
Day 6: Trek from Low Camp to Mardi Himal High Camp(3,580m) Duration 5 to 6 Hrs
After an amazing night at Mardi Himal Low camp you follow the trail towards mountains until you reach high camp, the destination for the day.
Day 7: Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp(4,500m)and back to low camp(3150m) Duration 7 to 8 Hrs.
This day you reach the mardi himal base camp which offers amazing views of mountains after enjoying in base camp back to low camp
Day 8: Trek to Siding Village (1280m) and drive back to Pokhara.Duration 6 to 7 Hrs.
Today is the last trekking day following the trail passing through forest downwards towards the siding village. The villagers living in the siding village are also famous as honey hunters.you can get a local transportation from siding village to pokhara.
Day 9: Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Today is the last day of the trek. You can get a bus at Pokhara tourist bus park and back to kathmandu.

It takes around 5 to 6 hours to reach the high camp from the low camp
It takes the same time if you use the same route but there is another shortcut route available. The duration may differ according to the speed of walking.
