- Completed three Application Form
- Three recent passports sized photographs
- Confirmed accommodation for the duration of intended stay in Thailand
- A copy of the confirmed two-way airline tickets.
- Passport or travel document with validity of not less than six months before departure and its copy.
- Visa fee(Managers Cheque of Bank Of Kathmandu)
- 6 months Bank statement as proof of fund

There are two cases
CASE I: Surrendering at the airport during the time of Departure from Thailand

Overstay More than 90 Days | 1 year Ban to Enter Thailand and 20,000 Thai Bhat |
Overstay More than 1 Year | 3 years Ban to Enter Thailand and 20,000 Thai Bhat |
Overstay More than 3 Years | 5 years Ban to Enter Thailand and 20,000 Thai Bhat |
Overstay More than 5 Years | 10 years Ban to Enter Thailand and 20,000 Thai Bhat |
CASE II: Caught during overstaying
Overstay From Day 1 To one year | 5 years Ban to Enter Thailand and 500 to 20,000 Thai Bhat |
Overstay more than one year | 10 years Ban to Enter Thailand and 20,000 Thai Bhat |
