All the passengers of the domestic flight were evacuated to the parking lot of the airport after receiving information on the phone that an unidentified person had planted a bomb in the waiting area of ​​the airport.
A search operation was conducted by a team including Nepal Army, Armed Forces, and Nepal Police.
However, no suspicious item was found said airport spokesperson Prem Nath Thakur.
Passengers were evacuated from the internal terminal until the search operation was completed.
Now the flights are operating. International flights were not affected.
