January 11, Kathmandu: Due to the rise of coronavirus cases, the Tribhuvan International Airport office has stopped distributing visitor passes. According to the office, it has been decided that V-pass will not be available except in very urgent cases.

The airport office has also requested the public not to come to the airport for farewell and reception except in case of emergency, saying that the risk of the corona has increased due to limited space at the airport.

Even before this, the office has been urging people not to come to the airport for a welcome and farewell. The office has urged the passengers to follow the required standards even during air travel.

Stating that corona has spread in Nepal and neighboring countries, it has been asked to follow the criteria to avoid it.
