Buddha Air flight back to Kathmandu has landed safely at Tribhuvan Airport after failing to land at Biratnagar Airport. The aircraft, which had about 10 turns in the sky of Kathmandu, landed some time ago

Buddha Air has informed that the crew members and all the passengers are safe as the plane landed normally.

The captain decided to return the aircraft to Kathmandu after a problem was reported in the landing gear indicator while the aircraft was landing at Biratnagar. According to the safety directive, the aircraft has landed safely in the skies of Kathmandu for a while to reduce the fuel onboard and has landed safely after fulfilling all safety standards, ‘said a statement issued by airlines.

The aircraft was returned to Kathmandu immediately after seeing the problem in the landing gear. The aircraft has two indicators for landing gear. According to which no indication was seen in the primary indicator but everything was fine in the secondary indicator.

As per the guidelines issued by the International Civil Aviation Authority, the aircraft was safely landed at Kathmandu Airport.

the flight from Kathmandu to Biratnagar had 73 passengers including 68 adults, 2 children, and 3 infants.
