As the risk of coronavirus infection decreases and the extreme humidity in the region decreases, domestic and foreign tourists are visiting Langtang and Gosaikunda trekking routes.
Ram Sharan Gajurel, district president of the Hotel Entrepreneurs’ Association, said that the hotel and lodge, which were closed due to snowfall, has been gradually reopened as soon as the arrival of tourists started.
According to hoteliers, 15-20 internal and four to five external tourists have been arriving daily since one or two days ago. With the expectation that the tourism sector will flourish in the coming days, the businessmen here have already done the homework of further strengthening the hotels and lodges along with the trekking route, said Chairman Gajurel.
